Application: a tick growth regulator for beef cattle, an acarine growth regulator of benzoyl-phenyl-ureas(BPUs) group, it interferes the chitin synthesis, treat immature ticks are unable to moult to the next stage, and no larvae will hatch from eggs laid by treated females, it’s specially suited for control of one-host ticks of the genus boophilus, in in situations where cattle serve as unique or major host for immature and adult stages of multihost ticks, the repeated use of it may also lead to a substantial reduction of the multihose tick population.
